The staff here were considerate and welcoming, and the location was so convenient that a taxi wasn't even necessary, as it's just a short walk to buses, the main bus station, and the town center.

unbeatable and nice location not too far from sagagallerian. set in a downtown area close to shops, cafés and restaurants, center in 5 minutes and station and town centre. a nice size and well furnished units with body lotion, a great choice of shampoos, as for instance.

It was great value. Very clean rooms complete with TV, a seating area and a writing table. We loved our coffee with goodies at Espresso House...

Room size not bad; fairly quiet on the rear side of the hotel even with a window slightly open for ventilation; breakfast pretty good, if in unusual surroundings (O'Leary's Sports Pub); location is convenient for city centre; cheap parking for 24 hours on the roof of the adjacent parking silo (which can be accessed from the swimming pool terrace of the hotel).
Rooms, beds and furniture, TVs, FF&E, bathrooms quite basic and old - it is a budget hotel charging 3/4 star prices. Bathroom was tiny and particularly basic. Immediate surroundings are not particularly charming and having a large 2 storey Sports Bar as part of the premises does not guarantee a good night's sleep if there is a big game on. Not a problem for me, but the lifts do not reach all areas of the hotel. No access from the roff-level parking to the hotel unless you unlock the door from the hotel from the inside and leave unlocked until you return. Not relevant in September, but the "swimmingpool" on the roof-top is more a large plunge pool (dirty!) surrounded by a large wood-floored sun-bathing area.

The location was good, the staff friendly, the breakfast very good.
The building was very old and in very bad condition. There is a lot of noise from the bar-restaurant at the ground level of the hotel.

This venue is quite clean with a nice view of the streets 🏙️. the staff is friendly and helpful. What's really great is the peaceful location right in the heart of the city. It's also conveniently near both the train station and the downtown area.

Good hotel, one of the cheapest in Umeå, but quite decent if you do not expect luxury for 95 EUR. Clean room, free WiFi, nice bar/restaurant. Breakfast is also quite good.

Nightclubs were closed on summertime. Good breakfast was in sports bar O'Learys.
Things promised should be found. Wi Fi did'nt work at all. Swimming pool top on the roof was not in use. Reception: "Two glass is standard", when asking extra drinking glass fo child.
